MGM Farms obtained the services of CMS to conduct a legal compliance audit, due to the fact that the Zambian Government continued to conduct visits and issue fines for non compliances. CMS diligently identified all the legislations that were applicable to the farm and identified all the non-compliances as well as compiled a corrective action plan. This assisted as to maintain end prevent further fines by the government. CMS MD not only showed excellent knowledge in the interpretation of the countries laws, but also assisted in providing solutions and programs to implement requirements.

We obtained the services of CMS to help improve the Safety performance of of the company and contractors on our company sites at Medupi and Kusile. CMS MD took the role of site manager and assisted in implementing a behaviour based safety and risk management program that greatly improved the performance of the company. On both sites during CMS tenure with us the company has achieved 2 Million and 1 Million hours LTI free. The systems that CMS designed and implemented for us was intrenched in the company culture and we now continually grow and improve.
